More than just a workplace.

Investing in our people is central to our approach. Whether it’s professional development, team culture or wellbeing, we aim to create an environment where people can thrive, both on and off site.

Health & wellbeing

Support that goes beyond the job.

At Icon, we recognise that a strong, resilient workforce depends on more than just physical safety. It relies on a culture where wellbeing is actively supported.

We take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, ensuring our people have access to the tools, resources and support they need to thrive both inside and outside of work.

Icon provides access to support services designed to help our people manage challenges that can affect their health and wellbeing.

Through confidential assistance, employees can seek support when personal or professional pressures arise, helping create an environment where people feel supported and able to ask for help when they need it.

Physical health and safety

Icon invests in proactive health and safety programs and training to support the physical wellbeing of our people across both site and office environments.

This goes beyond meeting our obligations. It is part of creating a workplace where people are equipped to look after their own health and safety, while also taking responsibility for those around them.

Work-life balance

A sustainable career depends on having the space to perform at work without losing sight of life outside it.

Icon supports work-life balance through wellbeing resources and initiatives designed to help our people maintain a healthier balance between their professional responsibilities and personal lives.

A culture of care.

Wellbeing is not treated as something separate from the way Icon works. It is part of the culture we aim to create every day.

That means building an environment where people feel safe, respected and supported, and where every person is encouraged to look out for one another. When our people thrive, our projects do too.

  • Feel safe at work

  • Feel respected and heard

  • Feel supported on and off the job

  • Look out for one another
